Bio

David predominantly represents independent film and television production companies, including some of the most respected companies in Hollywood. David is a frequent lecturer on the legal issues confronting the entertainment industry, and has served as an adjunct professor at UCLA Extension on “Organizing, Financing and Running A Start-Up Entertainment Production Company” for the past 10 years. David is also a frequent lecturer at film festivals around the country. He is a regular columnist for MovieMaker Magazine and is the author of several entertainment law articles.

David is originally from Niagara Falls, New York.
